TRADITIONAL
MARTIAL ARTS
Adults will learn the traditional aspect of the martial arts -- centuries old
techniques with modern day benefits like discipline, mental focus and inner
peace. Blocks, kicks and strikes are combined with traditional stances and
footwork that will improve your mental clarity and discipline. Our core training
is based on Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do.

As a part of our adult program you'll learn all facets of the martial arts.
Examples include: Tae Kwon Do, Eskrima, Hapkido, Board Breaking,
Martial Arts Weapons, Sparring, Bag Work, Stretching, Kata (Forms, Poomse) and
One-Step Sparring.
