Our
Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Tae Kwon Do have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self
control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.
Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being,
Taekwondo Advantage offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.
Introductory Course
Our famous introductory course consist of two FREE action packed lessons.
Dress in comfortable clothes like sweats. Plan to stay for twenty minute the the
first two lessons.
Lil Tiger Class
Specialized curriculum for children ages 4-6
Basic Program
White, Yellow, Gold and Orange Belt
Basic Tae Kwon Do- stances, kicks, blocks, strikes. 1-2 classes per week.
Black Belt Training
Green through Black Belt
Taekwondo class sparring, traditional Taekwondo forms, board breaking,
complete weapons systems and much more.2-4 classes per week.
Leadership Training
Training in basic leadership skills in addition to the Black Belt Training
program.
Private Lessons
Private lessons in Tae Kwon Do. Specialized one on one training. Course consists of
1-45 minute sessions a week. For the truly focused.
